The Titans’ bench provided crucial contributions. Sophomore Roselyn Sanchez scored 11 points on an efficient 5-of-7 shooting, while freshman Nevaeh Dobson added 12 points, 10 rebounds, and an impressive seven blocks to anchor the defense in the paint.
GTCC controlled the boards with a commanding 54–44 rebounding advantage and forced 16 turnovers, helping offset shooting challenges from the field. The Titans’ ability to create second-chance opportunities proved pivotal in a one-point contest.
Brunswick was led by Chelsea Rivera’s 15 points and balanced scoring from Jazmine Burns and Faith Farmer, but the Titans’ rebounding dominance and defensive intensity made the difference.
In a game defined by resilience and hustle, GTCC showed poise in the closing moments to secure the 68–67 win and continue building momentum as the season progresses.
